User Agreement
Special Notice:
Shenzhen Yelan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "WalaChat"), the operator of "WalaChat," hereby specifically reminds you (the user) to carefully read this "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") before registering as a user, ensuring that you fully understand all the terms of this Agreement. Please carefully read and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Unless you accept all the terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to register, log in, or use the services covered by this Agreement. Your registration, login, and use will be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement and agreement to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between "WalaChat" and the user regarding the "WalaChat" software service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). "User" refers to an individual who registers, logs in, and uses this Service. After "WalaChat" modifies the terms of the Agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by "WalaChat." Continued use of the services provided by "WalaChat" will be deemed as acceptance of the modified Agreement.
I. Account Registration
1. Users need to register a "WalaChat" account before using this service. The "WalaChat" account must be registered or bound to a mobile phone number. Please use a mobile phone number that is not yet bound to a "WalaChat" account and has not been blocked by "WalaChat" according to this agreement.
2. The "WalaChat" service is applicable to users aged 18 and above. Therefore, when registering an account, you should confirm and promise that you are at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity. If you find that a user under the age of 18 has registered a "WalaChat" account, please send an email to afd121841@163.com, and we will promptly close the relevant account.
II. Service Content
1. The specific content of this service is provided by "WalaChat" according to the actual situation, including but not limited to authorizing users to use their accounts for functions and services such as messaging, adding friends, joining groups, creating rooms, and voice chat interaction. 1. WalaChat may modify its services, and the content of these services may change at any time.
2. WalaChat offers both free and paid services. Users can purchase paid services by paying a certain amount of RMB via Apple Pay to buy WalaChat's virtual currency—Gold Coins. These Gold Coins can then be used to purchase the desired paid service according to WalaChat's published pricing standards. For paid services, WalaChat will provide clear notifications before use. Users can only use the paid service after confirming their agreement to pay the fees according to the aforementioned payment method and completing the payment. Payment completion is confirmed by a "payment completed" notification generated by the bank or Apple Pay.
III. Protection of User Personal Information
1. WalaChat is committed to protecting user personal information together with its users.
2. When using the "WalaChat" software and related services, users may need to provide their personal information (including but not limited to their phone number, profile picture, device information, etc.) so that "WalaChat" can provide better services and corresponding technical support. "WalaChat" will legally protect users' rights to browse, modify, delete relevant personal information, and withdraw authorization, and will use encryption technology, anonymization, and other technical and security measures compatible with the "WalaChat" software and related services to protect users' personal information.
3. "WalaChat" values the protection of minors. "WalaChat" will rely on the personal information provided by users to determine whether a user is a minor. No minor under the age of 18 may register an account or use this service.

IV. Content Guidelines
1. The content mentioned in this clause refers to any content posted by users during their use of this service, including but not limited to account profile pictures, names, personal signatures, registration information and authentication materials, or text and voice chat content and related linked pages, as well as other content generated from using the account or this service.
2. Users shall not use their "WalaChat" account or this service to publish the following content prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies:
(1) Content opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Content endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Content damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Content inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Content undermining national religious policies, or promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Content spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
(7) Content disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or instigating crime;
(8) Content insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) Content failing to comply with the "seven bottom lines" requirements: the bottom line of laws and regulations, the bottom line of the socialist system, the bottom line of national interests, the bottom line of citizens' legitimate rights and interests, the bottom line of social public order, the bottom line of moral standards, and the bottom line of information authenticity;
(10) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3. Users shall not use their "WalaChat" account or this service to publish content that interferes with the normal operation of "WalaChat" or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
(1) Content containing any sexual or sexually suggestive material;
(2) Content containing abusive, intimidating, or threatening material;
(3) Content containing harassment, spam, malicious information, or deceptive information;
(4) Content involving the privacy, personal information, or data of others;
(5) Content infringing upon the reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights and interests of others;
(6) Other information containing content that interferes with the normal operation of this service or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
(7) Publishing or disseminating any textual content related to the buying and selling of gifts, offline financial transactions, or engaging in private transactions involving high-return gifts, cash, or goods (if such behavior occurs, the platform will retain reports and records of the behavior, and will handle it according to platform regulations or transfer it to the public security authorities);
V. Usage Rules
1. Any content transmitted or published by users in or through this service does not reflect or represent, and shall not be deemed to reflect or represent, the views, positions, or policies of "WalaChat," and "WalaChat" assumes no responsibility for it. 2. Users shall not use their "WalaChat" account or this service to engage in the following activities:
(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing another person's avatar or information, or impersonating or using another person's name;
(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on linked pages, or share information;
(3) Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) Using technical means to create fake accounts in bulk;
(5) Using their "WalaChat" account or this service to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;
(6) Creating or publishing methods or tools related to the above activities, or operating or disseminating such methods or tools, regardless of whether these activities are for commercial purposes;
(7) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of "WalaChat," or are not expressly authorized by "WalaChat." 3. Users are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and validity of information transmitted through their "WalaChat" account or this service. Any legal liability related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user and is unrelated to "WalaChat".
4. The services provided by "WalaChat" may include advertisements. Users agree to the display of advertisements provided by "WalaChat" and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, users shall be solely responsible for transactions conducted based on such advertising information. 5. Unless otherwise permitted in writing by "WalaChat", users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
(1) Deleting copyright information from the software and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the software;
(3) Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, or establishing mirror sites for content owned by "WalaChat";
(4) Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, attaching, or creating any derivative works of the software or data released into any terminal memory during software operation, client-server interaction data during software operation, and system data necessary for software operation, including but not limited to using plug-ins, add-ons, or third-party tools/services not authorized by "WalaChat" to access the software and related systems;
(5) Adding, deleting, or altering the functions or operating effects of the software by modifying or falsifying instructions or data during software operation, or operating or disseminating software or methods used for the above purposes to the public, regardless of whether these actions are for commercial purposes; (6) Logging into or using "WalaChat" software and services through third-party software, plugins, add-ons, or systems not developed or authorized by "WalaChat," or creating, publishing, or disseminating third-party software, plugins, add-ons, or systems not developed or authorized by "WalaChat."
VI. Virtual Currency
1. "WalaChat" will issue virtual currency, namely Gold Coins, on the "WalaChat" platform. Gold Coins can be used to purchase value-added services on the "WalaChat" platform, including but not limited to virtual gift services, and may not be used for any other purpose. The prices of such value-added services are all in Gold Coins, and specific price information will be determined by "WalaChat" and displayed on the relevant service pages.
2. The exchange rate between Gold Coins and RMB is subject to the information displayed on the user's Gold Coin purchase service page. "WalaChat" has the right to change the above exchange rate at any time according to operational conditions, and will display it on the relevant channel service page for users purchasing Gold Coins.
3. Users have a Gold Coin account activated by default and can purchase (hereinafter referred to as "recharge") and consume Gold Coins.
4. Users confirm that they have carefully verified their account and selected the relevant operation options before recharging. If users infringe upon their rights due to incorrect account input, improper operation, or lack of understanding of the recharge billing method, resulting in recharging the wrong account or selecting the wrong recharge type, "WalaChat" will not provide any compensation or damages.
5. Users confirm that once gold coins are successfully recharged, they cannot be exchanged for legal tender or transferred to others under any circumstances, except as expressly provided by laws and regulations. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, "WalaChat" will not issue refunds after the gold coin account recharge is completed.
6. The user acknowledges that coins can only be used to purchase various value-added services on the "WalaChat" platform. Under no circumstances may the user engage in coin transactions with any third party other than "WalaChat," nor may they conduct transactions on any third-party platform other than "WalaChat" (such as Taobao). "WalaChat" shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the user or any third party due to violation of the foregoing agreement. Furthermore, if "WalaChat" has reason to suspect that the user's coin account or usage has been fraudulent or abnormal, "WalaChat" will refuse the user's use of coins for payment, up to and including taking relevant blocking measures as stipulated in this agreement.
7. "WalaChat" has the right to set or modify transaction-related matters from time to time based on considerations such as transaction security, including but not limited to transaction limits and transaction frequency. The user understands and acknowledges that the aforementioned settings or modifications by "WalaChat" may cause some inconvenience to the user's transactions, and the user has no objection to this.
8. The user acknowledges that, except as expressly provided by laws and regulations or otherwise agreed in this agreement, any paid services purchased by the user cannot be refunded (i.e., exchanged for gold coins or fiat currency) or exchanged for other services for any reason.
9. The user shall be solely responsible for any loss or liability arising from the user's own reasons that prevent "WalaChat" from providing gold coin purchase services or from any errors occurring when providing gold coin purchase services, including but not limited to:
(1) Loss, banning, or freezing of the user's WalaChat account;
(2) Property loss caused by the user disclosing their password to others;
(3) Any loss or liability caused by the user's linked payment account;
(4) Property loss caused by other users' intentional acts, gross negligence, or violations of laws and regulations.
11. If the user violates national laws and regulations, the provisions of this agreement, or other management regulations of this platform when using the services provided by "WalaChat," "WalaChat" has the right to temporarily or permanently ban the user's account.
12. After an account is banned and before it is unbanned (if applicable), any remaining coins in the user's account will be temporarily frozen or completely deducted. These coins cannot be used to purchase virtual products or services on the platform, and the cash value of the coins purchased will not be refunded.
13. The user confirms and agrees that if they voluntarily cancel their account, they must use up all the coins and/or virtual gift earnings already credited to their account before cancellation. If the user fails to use up all the coins and/or virtual gift earnings and continues to cancel the account, the coins and/or virtual gift earnings already credited to their account will be considered automatically forfeited, and "WalaChat" will not refund the corresponding cash value or provide any compensation.
14. If, according to relevant Chinese tax laws and regulations, "WalaChat" is required to withhold and pay personal income tax on your behalf, "WalaChat" will declare and withhold the relevant taxes and fees on your behalf in the month in which you generate earnings.
WalaChat VII. Account Management
1. Ownership of the "WalaChat" account belongs to "WalaChat". After completing the registration process, users obtain the right to use the "WalaChat" account. This right belongs solely to the initial registrant and is prohibited from being given away, lent, rented, transferred, or sold.
2. Users can view, modify, delete, and cancel their personal information and registration details on their "WalaChat" account through the "My" page. However, please note that deleting relevant information will also delete text and images stored in the system. Users are responsible for any consequences.
