When a player's information is insufficient to appear prominently on such leaderboards, we will not collect or share that player's information for this purpose.
1.2 Location information refers to information about your location collected when you enable device location services and use location-based services we provide, including:
- Your geographic location collected via GPS, WiFi, or similar methods when you use our services on a mobile device with location capabilities;
- Real-time information containing your geographic location provided by you or other users, such as region information included in account details you provide, shared information uploaded by you or others showing your current or past geographic location, and geotag information contained in photos shared by you or others;
- You may stop the collection of your geographic location information by disabling location services.

5.1 Account Management
- Ownership of "WalaChat" accounts belongs to "WalaChat." After completing registration, users obtain the right to use a "WalaChat" account. This right belongs only to the original registrant and may not be gifted, lent, leased, transferred, or sold.
- Users may view, modify, delete, or deactivate their personal profile and registration information on their "WalaChat" account through the "Me" page. Please note that deleting relevant information will also delete text and images stored by the user in the system. Users bear this risk.
- Users are responsible for keeping their registered account information and passwords secure. Users bear responsibility for account theft or password compromise resulting from inadequate safeguarding. Users are legally responsible for actions taken under their registered account and password. Users agree not to use another user's account or password under any circumstances. If users suspect that others are using their account or password, they agree to notify "WalaChat" immediately.
- Users shall comply with all terms of this agreement and use the service properly. If a user violates any term of this agreement, "WalaChat" may, after notifying the user, suspend or terminate service to that user's "WalaChat" account in accordance with the agreement.
- Users may deactivate their account through "Settings" → "Account & Security" → "Delete Account." Users acknowledge that account deletion is irreversible. Users should back up information and data related to their "WalaChat" account and ensure that all services related to the account have been properly handled before proceeding. Confirming and agreeing to account deletion does not exempt or reduce liability for account actions and related responsibilities prior to deletion. If, during the deletion process, a user's account is reported by others, investigated by government authorities, or involved in litigation or arbitration, "WalaChat" may terminate the account deletion process on its own without further consent from the user.
5.2 Data Storage
- Relevant data generated by users in this service will be stored in encrypted form within China. After a user deletes their account or deactivates it, "WalaChat" will immediately delete the data or anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, except where extended retention is required by applicable laws and regulations or judicial authorities. During any extended retention period, "WalaChat" will securely store the relevant data in encrypted form and isolate it until deletion or anonymization is permitted under applicable laws and regulations or as required by judicial authorities.
- If a user stops using this service or the service is terminated, "WalaChat" may permanently delete the user's data from its servers. After the service stops or is terminated, "WalaChat" has no obligation to return any data to the user.
Chapter 6: Protection of Minors' Information
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' information. If you are under 18 years of age, your guardian must read this Privacy Policy carefully and agree to, or authorize you to agree to, your use of our products and/or services in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you are under 14 years of age, your guardian must read this Privacy Policy carefully and expressly agree to your use of our products and/or services in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you or your guardian do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you should stop using our products and/or services immediately.
Chapter 7: Scope of This Privacy Policy
- Except for certain specific services, this Privacy Policy applies to all of our services. Specific services are subject to their own privacy policies. Privacy policies for specific services will explain in greater detail how we use your information in those services. Such specific privacy policies form part of this Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between a specific service's privacy policy and this Privacy Policy, the specific service's privacy policy shall prevail.
